Who is the Lite plan for?
A 60GB monthly allowance suits steady, light use: the occasional lookup, international email, a few AI tool prompts, some short videos. If only one or two devices are online in a day, 60GB is usually enough.

Who is the Standard plan for?

Who is the Heavy plan for?

The three monthly plans differ only in data allowance — route coverage, device limits and refund policy are identical; higher tiers do not get better routes.
Data Packs: last until used, never expire

How is monthly plan data counted?
Monthly plan data resets every month on your signup date. Sign up on the 5th, for example, and your full allowance is restored on the 5th of every following month — not on the 1st. Your signup date and reset date stay in sync, so you never sign up at the end of a month and see your data reset two days later.
What if I use up my data this month?
You can upgrade to a higher monthly plan in the dashboard, with the difference prorated over the remaining days, or buy a data pack to top up — packs last until used and never expire. Either way you can keep using the service for the rest of the cycle.
How is the price difference calculated for a mid-cycle upgrade?
Upgrades are prorated by the remaining days, so you only pay the difference — no need to buy another full month. The prorated amount appears on the order page in the dashboard so you can check it before paying.
Do data packs expire?
No. Data packs are not billed by time: they last until used and never expire. The three sizes are 300GB, 1000GB and 3000GB, and the allowance stays in your account until you use it up, whenever that is.
